We have had nothing but great experiences with most of the caregivers at Tender Home Health. We only had one instance where a caregiver was really late, but ever since then the company made sure to make us feel like we are top priority, and that would never happen again, and it hasn't! We have had several different caregivers, but the one we've had the most is Victoria, she has been amazing and shows up on time, communicates well and is very professional THH relieve vets their caregivers well. I do highly recommend them. It is great customers/client service.
We have found Tender Home Health to be a great company to work with. Specifically, caregiver Flor checks all the boxes for what someone would want in a caregiver. She is very sweet and caring, while also being very attentive and aware of my father's needs, keeping him safe and comfortable. She is excellent with preparing food and with the light house cleaning responsibilities. She is very conscientious and provides a calm and warm atmosphere when she is in the home. We are very grateful for her!
